Ragged School Museum: Project Coordinator

Editor News

The Ragged School Museum, a landmark of Victorian philanthropy, is about to embark on a major Heritage Lottery Fund capital project, ‘From Warehouse to Schoolhouse’.

We are looking for a focused, experienced, and self-motivated Project Coordinator who will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of the development phase of this major project, and submission of the second round application.

You will have a proven track record in the development of large-scale capital projects, in the heritage sector. You will have experience of managing procurement processes including the production of tender documentation and a sound understanding of the RIBA design stages. Experience of HLF-funded projects is essential.

You will work with staff, trustees, contractors and consultants to develop work programmes to guarantee the timely development and delivery of both the building and the exhibition, and work with them to identify sources of matched funding. You will define and manage the processes for monitoring and reviewing all aspects of project progress as well as managing contacts between consultants, contractors and the client team.
