The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs [Alliance member] has appointed the Rt Hon the Lord Steel of Aikwood as it its new president.
The Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs exists to maintain the freedom of its members to use historic vehicles on the UK’s roads.
