HBAS is a small niche Chartered Building Surveying practice near Salisbury Wiltshire providing professional building surveying and heritage consultancy services tailored to client needs for historic listed buildings/landscapes. The role includes:
- Liaison to understand/develop clients requirements
- Historic building analysis/pathology
- Design and intervention of new and repair historic environment work
- Specification preparation and handling planning/building regulation applications
- Working closely with team members/contractors
- Contract administration/work oversight
