We are procuring Quantity Surveying Services from RIBA 2 through to delivery for a project restoring a Grade II* listed building within a Conservation Area and removing it from the Heritage at Risk register. Appointment is for the whole project, with a break clause post-development (RIBA 4a), pending delivery funding. Development (RIBA 2/3/4a) is funded by NLHF grant. Delivery will be funded by a second NLHF grant and fundraising campaign.
