The Diocese seeks an individual or team for Project Management Services from RIBA Stage 2 through to delivery to restore a Grade II* listed building within a central London Conservation Area, ensuring its removal from Historic England’s Heritage at Risk register. Development (RIBA 2/3/4a) is funded by a National Lottery Heritage Fund grant. The appointment is for the whole project, with a break clause post-development (RIBA 4a), pending delivery funding.
