This consultancy will produce an end of Development Phase evaluation report, measuring progress– in audience analysis, marketing, pricing policy and messaging, interpretation, learning and engagement, and wellbeing. It will provide evaluation training to staff, assess opinions of stakeholders, and provide an outline evaluation plan for the next Phase.
