The Regional Surveyor or Architect will take responsibility for the conservation, maintenance and repair of our unique portfolio of historic buildings. Leading on a broad range of works—from cyclical and response maintenance to major fabric upgrades and customer-focused improvements—ensuring all projects meet our high conservation standards. They will carry out regular building inspections, develop forward maintenance plans, manage budgets, prepare specifications, oversee contractors, and ensure legal and safety compliance across all works.
