Stonehenge and Avebury World Heritage Site Partnership Officer – Wiltshire Council Archaeology Service

Location: Wiltshire

Salary: £24,313 – £26,317

Are you a heritage specialist with a passion for World Heritage Sites and partnership working? If so, there is an exciting opportunity to work with our Heritage team on the management of one of the most iconic World Heritage Sites in the country.

You will be using your specialist knowledge and understanding to promote a wider appreciation of the ideals and unique identity of the Stonehenge and Avebury World Heritage Site (WHS) among visitors, residents and stakeholders, working in partnerships with a wide range of organisations and individuals across the WHS to implement of the actions in the WHS Management Plan.

They are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified/experienced and skilled person to work alongside the WHS Partnership Manager, based in the Archaeology Service at the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
