Vacancy: Monitoring & Impact Officer

The Architectural Heritage Fund (AHF) is currently seeking to appoint a Monitoring & Impact Officer. The AHF is about to embark on a number of new initiatives, including the ‘Transforming Places through Heritage’ programme, designed to help revitalise high streets and town centres through the development of sustainable new uses for historic buildings.
The Monitoring & Impact Officer role, based from home or in London, is to develop and implement effective monitoring and evaluation procedures for AHF’s Transforming Places through Heritage programme in England and help ensure coordination across the organisation. The post holder will be responsible for collecting and reporting on data relating to AHF’s performance in delivering the programme as well as the beneficial impact on local communities of projects being developed and delivered by charities and social enterprises funded through the programme.
We are looking for a driven individual with exceptional analytical ability and focussed attention to detail. Candidates should have previous experience of collating, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data to provide user friendly reports for varied audiences, including an analysis of trends and performance and producing information for inclusion in AHF publications, case studies, social media output, reports to funders and funding bids.
