Salary: £27,000 per annum
Duration: 30 months with a 3-month probationary period
Location: 13-15 Fleet Street, Birmingham but with travel throughout the UK
Heritage Trust Network (HTN) [Alliance Member] is a membership organisation that operates throughout the UK, drawing together and supporting the work of local groups regenerating historic buildings for social purpose. They provide an invaluable platform for members by way of peer-to-peer support, knowledge sharing and skills development. HTN’s guidance and advice helps groups throughout the lifetime of their project.
Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, HTN has an exciting opportunity to upscale its operations across the UK to increase resilience and deliver a comprehensive programme of community-based training and skills development.
The project will:
- expand area committee and events programme to increase local engagement and sharing of best practice;
- provide digital services including webinar/fundraising platforms and peer-to-peer networking;
- improve membership systems, income generation and reviewed partnerships to enhance support and advocacy.
They are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience of delivering large scale engagement programmes or projects, with demonstrable knowledge of the cultural or heritage sectors, and in how organisations in those sectors develop and operate. You will be confident in managing your own time and responsibilities to meet targets and deadlines, and effective in managing the various relationships and needs of multiple stakeholders and programme beneficiaries across the UK.
