DIRECTOR – Norfolk Archaeological Trust (PART-TIME 0.6 FTE)

Norfolk Archaeological Trust is a charitable trust that is seeking to appoint an energetic and motivated Director to lead implementation of its Strategic Plan and Business Plan in order to support its conservation aims, and to implement day-to-day management of the Trust’s ten archaeological sites. The Director will report to the Council of the Trust.

The successful applicant will have extensive experience of working in the archaeology and/or built heritage conservation sector, or a demonstrable interest in and knowledge of the archaeology/heritage field, proven ability to think strategically, strong fund-raising and project management skills, and proven ability to self-organise and work efficiently.

Location: Norfolk, working from home

Hours and contract: 0.6 FTE, permanent

Salary:  3 days a week at a pro rata annual salary of £31-635 – £35,150 [i.e. 0.6FTE at £18,981 – £21,090]
