Engaging Places are a series of free one-day workshops run by the Heritage Alliance looking at how we can best use historic properties and heritage sites in the classroom. Covering everything from National Curriculum changes to how best to identify your local heritage assets, the sessions aim to bring together teachers and the historic environment to provide the best education experiences possible.
The workshops are 10.30-16.30 and will be at the following venues:
31st January – Kensington Palace, London (FULLY BOOKED)
6th February – York Minster, York
12th February – Peterborough Museum, Peterborough
Tea, Coffee and Lunch will be provided.
Places are strictly limited and are given on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately the Kensington Palace session is now FULL, but places remain in York and Peterborough.
Please complete the electronic booking form and return it to Rebecca Bewick at Cultural Learning email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
